Silvio Marinelli

Silvio Marinelli is a fully qualified accountant with a Bachelor of Business. With 18 years experience Silvio has the competence and expertise to advise clients on the best possible solution to minimize their tax and create wealth. Silvio has worked his way from a graduate accountant to becoming a Partner of Highview Accounting Services.

Silvio is very passionate about the local community serving on various committees including the Cranbourne Primary School, Cranbourne Cricket Club, Cranbourne Chamber of Commerce, Lyndhurst Secondary College Advisory Panel, Cranbourne Turf Club, Casey South Melbourne Cricket Club and Devon Meadows Cricket Club. Silvio has been married for 12 years, still plays cricket, enjoys watching his beloved Richmond Football Club and forming lasting relationships with clients to help them with their tax and business issues.

Heather Crowther

Heather Crowther is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), with a Melbourne University Degree; Bachelor of Commerce . Earlier in Heather’s career she gained a wealth of experience in the Mining Industry before finding her passion in Taxation. Heather has had over 20 years experience in the Public Practice industry – she truly knows this industry back to front. Heather has been an influential team member at Highview Accounting Services since the beginning, and has worked her way to becoming a partner which she remains today. Heather has been happily married for over 30 years and is very family orientated – she has introduced her son Darren into the business and looks forward to watching his career prosper.

Darren Crowther

Darren Crowther is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), with a degree from RMIT University; Bachelor of Accounting. With 6 years accounting experience he has the knowledge and expertise to offer his client a complete financial solution. Darren is a member of SPAA (Self Managed Super Fund Professionals' Association of Australia) - he is passionate about his industry, always taking any oppurtunity he can to further his knowledge and understanding.

Darren enjoys getting to know his clients, and takes pride in ensuring he consistently offers them the best service and advice when it comes to taxation. Darren is a true team player, and is proud to be a key member of Highview's management team. He is excited about his new role as partner, and is ready to embrace the role to his full potential and continue to lead the company with Silvio and Heather in the right direction.
